How does your club’s fan engagement compare?
9 questions, about three minutes. Answer them and you get your club’s benchmark on the spot, plus the list of people already commentating your matches, which most clubs have never seen.
For whoever handles communications, digital or media at a club: professional, semi-pro, amateur or volunteer-run. Every sport, every tier.

Your benchmark, on screen, immediately
A score across six dimensions of fan engagement the moment you finish. No form to fill in twice, nothing emailed later.
Who is already commentating your matches
We scan Twitch and YouTube for fan commentary every five minutes. If people are narrating your fixtures, often in languages you don’t publish in, we will show you their names.
A comparison against clubs your own size
Segmented by sport and competition level, so a regional club is compared to regional clubs. We show no peer average until at least five comparable clubs have answered.
The full report, and the shared playbook
Everyone who takes part gets the January report, plus the collected “one thing that worked better than expected” from every other club that answered.
How this study works
Two waves. This short pulse fields now, through September. The full instrument runs from mid-October to the end of November. The report publishes in January 2027 and every respondent gets it.
Two halves. What clubs tell us, and what we can measure independently, we hold around 21,000 club pages and scan for live fan commentary every five minutes, so some findings come from observed behaviour rather than from answers.
We publish the sample size, the fielding dates, who responded and how they were recruited. We will not report a breakdown for any group with fewer than 30 responses in it, and we will publish findings that are inconvenient for us alongside the ones that are not.
Find out where your club stands
Nothing to download, nothing to schedule. You will see your benchmark before you close the tab.
