• Display, distribute, and make your content available to other users
• Create promotional materials featuring your content (with attribution)
• Make necessary technical reproductions and adaptations to operate the Service

This license exists only for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving WeSpeakSports, and terminates when you delete your content from our platform (except for backup copies retained for legal compliance).

4.3 Content Responsibilities

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are solely responsible for all content you create and share

4.4 Content Moderation

WeSpeakSports reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove user content that:

• Ensure sponsor agreements do not conflict with these Terms
• Be solely responsible for all tax obligations related to your earnings
• Maintain appropriate business licenses if required in your jurisdiction

WeSpeakSports is not responsible for disputes between users and their sponsors. All monetization arrangements are between commentators and their partners.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (social media, sports data providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by SAS Corvaisier or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data or user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAS Corvaisier and WeSpeakSports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email.
